We try to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. All items are subject to availability. If something is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer a refund or alternative.

A contract between us only forms once we’ve accepted the order and processed payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example, if a product is mispriced or no longer available. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

 

5. Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, normally within 2 working days. 

Once your order has shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier. If there are delays, we’ll help where we can.

 

6. Returns & cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem — you can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

7. Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as needed.
