STORE POLICY

Welcome to The Nuttery! We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so here’s everything you need to know — from shipping and returns to how we handle your order.

 

Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days.

  • All orders are sent via reliable tracked delivery services.

  • Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the UK. For international orders, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

  • Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 working days.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.
If it has shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process once it arrives.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Secure checkout is powered by trusted payment processors.
We don’t store any payment details.

Product Availability

We do our best to keep stock levels up to date.
If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know right away and offer a refund or alternative.
