Under the guarantee, we will replace any defective parts free of charge for as long as you own the feeder.

Damage caused by natural predators (including squirrels) may not be covered for non squirrel & predator proof feeders.

Egg feeders are handmade and may contain slight visual imperfections which will not affect usage. Although extremely tough, porcelain is liable to damage if handled inappropriately.

Damage caused by weather may be excluded.
